| Personal Trainer | Strength & Conditioning Coach | Strongman Competitor |

I have always loved sports, being fit and getting active from a very young age. As a junior, it was all about cycling on the road and on the velodrome.

I was Brunswick cycling club champion three years in a row, competing at an international level.

Then my interest changed to training in the gym and I became addicted. I trained for years to transform myself from a skinny endurance athlete to a well-built bodybuilder.

I competed for two years in IFBB and took out first place at The Victorian Country Classic in 2015. Shortly after I was featured in Flex Magazine as bodybuilder of the month.

Bodybuilding was fun but I didn’t want to just look strong, I wanted to be strong.

In 2016 I won the under 90 Kg class at the UPANZ Anzac Day International Powerlifting Competition and set records. Then I moved on to the sport of Strongman and I’ve already achieved so much such as;

2017 Victorian Log and Deadlift Champion, 2017 North East Victoria’s Strongest Man, 3rd Place 2018 State Championships, 2018 Arnold Classic Strongman Qualified Athlete.

With all my past success in sports, I’ve built an abundance of knowledge to draw from.

I’ve been a personal trainer for the past four years and I’ve loved every second of it. Helping others is such a passion of mine, personal training is not just a job for me but something I love doing every day.
