Meg Taylor

| Personal Trainer | Strength & Conditioning Coach |

My active lifestyle began at a young age when I fell in love with all things sport. Netball is my number one sporting priority these days. I play competitively during the week and on weekends. I am a very competitive person and thrive on the team sports atmosphere. My love for helping people, being self-motivated and being a team player are just some of the many traits that led this ambition to be a Personal Trainer.

I strongly believe in practicing what you preach. Every day you will find me in the gym practicing what I preach and chasing my own health and fitness related goals. I thrive on the body transformations and accompanying confidence that training provides clients and myself. Over the years I have tried out many different training styles and am always open to trying out new things. However, my go to training style is Strength & Conditioning. With over 4 years as a qualified trainer I have up-to-date knowledge and have always ensured I am continuing educating myself in this field by attending workshops, reading articles, listening to podcasts and actively listening to my mentors.

Working as a Personal Trainer is such a rewarding career and has given me the confidence I needed in life. Helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals is the best feeling. I am extremely passionate about all things health and fitness and I look forward to working with you to achieve and exceed your goals and expectations!
