I spent my teenage years extremely overweight, unfit and unhealthy, my passion for all thing health and fitness derived from my own personal struggle. During the process of changing my life for the better, I realised what an impact health and fitness had on my mental outlook and overall attitude. I got involved in the industry to help people become healthier and happier versions of themselves. Regardless of goal (weight loss/strength/functionality) I take great pride in helping people achieve.

I live by the principle of you need to consistently put in the effort to see results. Eat well, train hard and enjoy life, we can’t be perfect all the time and we can’t change all of our bad habits in the blink of eye. Enjoy the journey, the ups and downs! When it comes to training, I personally enjoy all types of training, I like to ensure I train a variety of exercises in a variety of ways, but I always like to keep it high intensity. I like to work on my strength as well as on my metabolic conditioning and functionality.

My industry professional goals are to reach as many people as possible and using my skills and experience to improve new trainers and the industry as a whole.
