My interest in exercise and fitness started when I moved to start my new life and career in Hong Kong way back in 2001. Living a hectic career life in Hong Kong, ones must find a way to keep the sanity intact, and mine was training and going to the gym. I began to take more interest beyond the vanity side of things and started to explore more about the science behind training, how the body works and so on. This fascination leads me to learn more about fitness, training and essentially health and fitness.
When I moved to Australia, I started to go back to study to learn and explore more about fitness and training, and essentially brought me into this industry that I love. Being a people person, I love working closely with others to help deliver results. It is such an empowering thing to do when you are able to change someone’s life for better and make them realise that they have the tools to make it work all along.
To me professionally, the scope of health and fitness is vast; you need to be able to find what works for you and how to make it works in the long run. From Personal Training to Group coaching, business development to customer engagement, marketing to finance, it is endless. Find what your strengths are, nurture them and watch them grow.
