My passion for health and fitness started at a young age, playing a variety of sports and dancing competitively for many years. I started with Body Revival in 2011 as a client and as time went on my passion for health and fitness grew. I commenced my trainer’s course and started my new careers as a personal trainer in 2012.

I believe it is important to practice what you preach. Together with maintaining a well-balanced and consistent healthy lifestyle, I ensure that I incorporate what I teach into my own training. I enjoy a variety of workouts including bootcamp, weight training, yoga, running and boxing.

Being a personal trainer is an incredibly rewarding career. It is an amazing feeling being able to guide clients through their fitness journey and help them achieve their goals.
