The Future in kids fitness has arrived!!!

BR FitKids specialises in physical literacy and functional movements. We provide fun and engaging experiences which encourage children to follow a healthy active lifestyle. Our programme involves exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play—pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. Our new program is taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of a qualified Physical Educator.

Our goal is simple: GET KIDS MOVING AGAIN!

We want our kids to step away from the pressures of new technology and towards one which encourages a love of moving. In doing so we focus upon raising self-esteem, building confidence and celebrating the success of every child.

FitKids BR does not specialise in sports, but instead encourages purposeful functional movements which increase our capacity to become more efficient, well-rounded movers. In other words, we strive to develop 10 key elements of fitness namely; cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, speed, power, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. In doing so, we will cover a number of skills related to everyday functionality and provide the necessary progressions for each individual mover.
