Body Tone is our foundational class which aims to start you on your journey to learning how to use weights to tone and sculpted the body. Expect a circuit style class which uses Dumbbells, kettlebells, cables, barbells, and bodyweight movements as the main tools of choice. But our overarching goal is to provide you with a class that teaches and supports you on how to use weights safely and effectively to build a healthy, lean, and strong body in an environment that’s safe and fun.
