  1. A. Plank to alternate toe touch
    B. Squat to oblique crunch
  2. A. Single leg glute bridge (L & R)
    B. Reverse lunge to courtsey lunge
  3. A. Plank leg lifts
    B. Jumping jack to overhead jack
