During these sessions our Body Revival Nutritionist will evaluate your health and fitness goals, analyse your current eating habits and give you the best advice, tips and tricks to improve your nutrition.

We recommend ongoing consultations (every 4 – 6 weeks) to track your progress, set new nutrition goals and develop strategies to help you achieve your goals.

We do not believe in short term diets, we believe that clean eating is crucial to your healthy lifestyle and we strive to help all of our clients achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through nutrition and fitness.
