Teen Fitness

BR Teens specialises in physical literacy and functional movements. We provide fun and engaging experiences which encourage our young people to follow a healthy active lifestyle. Our programme involves exercises that are fundamental to life- pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. Our teenage program is taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of a qualified Physical Educator.

Our goal at BR TEENS is to help young people realise their true potential!


We want our teens to step away from the pressures of modern technology and towards one which encourages a love of moving. In doing so we focus upon raising self-esteem, building confidence and celebrating the success of every young person.

BR Teens does not specialise in sports, but instead encourages purposeful functional movements which increase our capacity to become more efficient, well-rounded movers. In other words, we strive to develop 10 key elements of fitness namely; cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, speed, power, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. In doing so, we will cover a number of skills related to everyday functionality and provide the necessary progressions for each individual mover.
