Fitness and training has always been a central part of my life. I grew up playing footy and basketball and even from a young age I was weight training at different gyms trying to better myself. I’ve always loved the feeling you get when you’ve been physically active and when you have accomplished something. One of the reasons I became a trainer was to help others find that rewarding sense of achievement through reaching their goals.

I have competed in bodybuilding competitions and have personally experienced the dedication it takes to achieve drastic weight change and body composition through proper diet and exercise. This experience has taught me about how setting your goals can have a huge impact on how you can achieve your greatest potential. Seeing other people achieve their goals and helping them get to where they want to be is a satisfying feeling and I love sharing that with others.
