Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients (serves eight)

2 cups Chobani Plain Greek Yoghurt
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and shredded (squeezed dry in a bowl)
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1 1.2 dried dill
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice


1) Mix all ingredients together in bowl.

2) Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight
