Raw Vegie Burger

Ingredients (makes 8)

cup raw walnuts, soaked and rinsed
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup carrots, roughly chopped
1 cup celery, roughly chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup beets, roughly chopped
1/2 cup apple, roughly chopped
1/2 cup onion (red or yellow will work)
1/2 cup greens (spinach, kale)
1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce
1 tbsp black pepper


1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the ingredients start to form together.

2. Form the mixture into burger size patties and cook in a non stick fry pan OR bake in the oven
until both sides are cooked. (if cooking in a fry pan, coat teh pan with some COCONUT OIL..

3. Serve on crisp lettuce cup with some mustard YUM.
