Quinoa Salmon Burgers

Ingredients (makes 6 patties)

4 green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons of fresh lemon zest
1 teaspoon of herbamare (health food section of supermarket)
Freshly ground black pepper
500g salmon from can.
1 cup cooked quinoa

Method

Prep time: 15 minutes

1. Using a food processor, process the green onions, lemon zest, herbarmare and black pepper until it is finely minced.

2. Add the salmon and quinoa and process again . I like to have a few chunky salmon pieces, so process to your desire.

3. Form into patties and place onto a plate and place in freezer to set for approx 30 minutes

4. Place in the oven and bake on both sides until they are golden.
