Porridge with cinnamon and apple

Ingredients (serves 4)

140g Rolled Oats
1 Red apple
Ground Cinnamon

Method

1. Place the oats in 660mls of water in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil.

2. Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes

3. Dive the porridge into bowls and top with the cinnamon and sprinkle of apple.
I like to leave the skin on the apple and grate it.
