1 cup quinoa flour
1 cup organic rolled quinoa (health food store)
1 cup almond milk
4 heaped tablespoons of natvia (stevia)
1 egg beaten
3-4 tablespoons coconut oil
Raspberries (as many as you like)0 Can be frozen variety
Chia seeds (as many as you like)


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

Spoon into a coconut oil sprayed muffin tin

Bake at 180 degrees for around 20 mins
