Meat Crust Pizza

Ingredients (serves two)

500g Minced beef– low fat (remember you can mince the meat yourself)
1 egg
Fresh black pepper
Chilli flakes (optional)
Chia seeds (optional)
Parsley

Topping:

Passata (tomato sauce) mixed with tomato paste
Onion
Capsicums
Mushrooms
Zucchini
125g low fat mozzarella (optional)
Spinach
Olives

Method

1. in a mixing bowl, add the minced beef, egg, herbs and mix thoroughly.

2. Pat into the base of a baking dish so that the whole base os covered. (put some baking paper in the baking dish first)

3. Cook in a medium hot oven for approx 20-30 mins until the mixture is dark brown

4. Let it cool for about 10 mins

5. Cover with the topping and place back into the oven

6. Cook for a further 15-20 minutes
