Healthy Sausage Rolls

Ingredients (serves one)

500g turkey or chicken mince (make sure you mince yourself or get a butcher to do it)
1 grated zucchini
1 tablespoon of grated zucchini
1 grated carrot
Rye mountain bread wraps
TINY bit of OIL or BUTTER to coat the brad so it seals.
SERVE WITH MIXED GREENS

Method

1) Mix the garlic, zucchini, carrot and turkey mince together

2) Slice the wraps in half

3) Take some mince mixture and put it along the small end of the wrap and tightly roll.

4) Cut the wrap in tiny bit of oil or butter

5) Then repeat

6) Place in oven and cook for about 15 minutes (you may need to put the tip of the knife in the middle of the sausage roll so they cook all the way through.).
