Crumbed Chicken with LSA

Ingredients (serves one)

1 Chicken breast sliced intwo two think pieces
3 egg whites
Coconut flour
LSA (Linseed, Sunflower seeds and almonds) purchased from health food store or health food section
of supermarket.


1. Slice the chicken breast into two thin pieces

2. Dip it in coconut flour, followed by the egg whites then into the LSA. Place onto a baking tray. Repeat this for the other chicken breast.

3. You can either shallow fry it in coconut oil, OR you can bake it in the oven. It gives a nice crunchy taste to a healthy chicken schnitzel.

Serve it with some steamed vegies or a nice salad.

PLEASE NOTE– You can do this with fish fillet too or Veal
