Choc Berry Smoothie

Ingredients (serves 1)

  •  1 banana
  •  1 cup mixed berries (fresh)
  •  1/2 cup water
  •  1/2 cup tin coconut milk
  •  1 scoop protein powder
  •  2 tbs raw cacao powder

Method

1. Peel banana, break into smaller pieces and throw into blender.
2. Pour in berries, coconut milk and water.
3. Add protein powder and raw cacao powder.
4. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth (add ice if you wish).
