Chicken and Veggie Soup
Ingredients

500g Chicken breasts

180g broccoli
-
200g Cabbage
-
2 celery Stalks

150g snow peas
-
128g onion
-
156g carrots
-
65g of spinach
-
Himalayan Salt and pepper

2 Litres of water.
Method

Chop veggies
-
Chop the chicken (diced)
-
put the water, chicken, onion and carlic into the saucepan and bring to the boil
-
Once boiling bring to a simmer and add in the rest of the veg.

Cook until the chicken is completely cooked through,
You can increase the favours of this meal by adding using 1 litre of water and substituting the additional litre with a litre of Veggie stock!
