Chicken and Veggie Soup 


  • 500g Chicken breasts 

  • 180g broccoli 

  • 200g Cabbage 

  • 2 celery Stalks 

  • 150g snow peas

  • 128g onion 

  • 156g carrots 

  • 65g of spinach 

  • Himalayan Salt and pepper

  • 2 Litres of water. 


  1. Chop veggies 

  2. Chop the chicken (diced) 

  3. put the water, chicken, onion and carlic into the saucepan and bring to the boil 

  4. Once boiling bring to a simmer and add in the rest of the veg. 

  5. Cook until the chicken is completely cooked through, 

You can increase the favours of this meal by adding using 1 litre of water and substituting the additional litre with a litre of Veggie stock!
