Apple and Cinnamon Mix– Post Work-Out Snack

 

Ingredients (serves two)

Apple
Cinnamon
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
Apple and Cinnamon Mix– Post Work-Out Snack

Method

1. Cut the apple into small pieces
2. Place in a bowl and put cinnamon on tip.
3. Place the apple and cinnamon mix int the microwave for 1 minute. Apple should be nice and soft and smell
really yummy.
4. Mix in 1 cup of cottage cheese.
Great post work out meal, as the natural sugar from the apple, helps the protein get to the muscles much faster. YAY.
